Management
With
Tele-Scope, you have complete control of what will be
presented when. Items presented can be dependent on the
number an inbound caller dialed (DNIS), the caller ID (ANI)
of an inbound call, and the number dialed for an outbound
call. You define the data presentation and data collection
forms you need. You decide what information a form will
request and the order in which it will be requested. You
decide what information your agents must enter before they
can go to the next form or the next call.
You
can direct the form to present pop-up windows the instant a
specific blank is filled in, when certain values are entered
and when an item on a list is checked. The system can
provide photographs and detailed product descriptions,
present maps when someone asks for directions to a facility,
and display photos of books and brochures when someone asks
for additional information about a product or service. The system can even
retrieve and display information from the Internet -
automatically.
This
module gives you the power to create and edit the
forms-based data presentation and collection tools your
agents use - without a programmer and anytime there's a
need. Unlike traditional systems, Tele-Scope's scripts and
forms are not written into the source code. So it's much
easier to adjust projects and campaigns to take advantage of
changing environments in real time.
Order
Entry
With
this interactive module, you can tell the system to present
special offers and other information in response to data
entered on the order form. For example, you can present an
opportunity for saving when a complementary product is
ordered at the same time as an item that already has been
ordered. It's a tremendous tool for building add-on sales.
Tele-Scope
automates after-call or wrap-up procedures, giving your
agents far more time with customers and prospects - time
they used to spend making sure the information they
gathered during the call gets to the right systems and
people. Instead of filling out paperwork, your agents are
talking to the next prospect while Tele-Scope automatically:

Writes and signs confirmation letters.

Appointments
Using
Tele-Scope, agents can schedule appointments for outside
salespeople, service people, even for physicians, medical
laboratories and outpatient facilities. Through Tele-Scope,
agents can have access to outside appointment calendars.
Outside salespeople and service personnel can limit
appointments to a specific geographic area for each day.
Physicians can set aside specific times for appointments to
be scheduled through your call center. With the Faxing and
Paging System Modules, Tele-Scope also can automatically
notify the appropriate people each time an appointment is
scheduled. The Appointments module is totally user -
definable. You set appointment time lengths - even establish
different time periods for different types of appointments.
You decide if appointments can be double booked - and who
will accept double-booked appointments.
Seminar
Enrollment
Tele-Scope's
flexibility and versatility makes it perfect for recruiting
and enrolling seminar participants. It can be set up to
present information on specific seminars in response to
information gathered during the conversation. For example,
the system could automatically present information on a
Stress Reduction Seminar in response to a caller concerned
about high blood pressure. As part of the presentation,
Tele-Scope can even provide a map to help the agent give
directions to the seminar site - then mail or fax the map
along with the confirmation.
Lead
Follow-Up
With its
superior Contact Management functions, Tele-Scope can help
you follow up on leads from advertising and other sources.
Each contact adds information to the database - information
the system automatically makes available to your agents
during the next contact with the prospect.
Service
Tickets
Tele-Scope
prompts your agents to ask all pertinent questions when a
customer calls with a service request. You can set up
Tele-Scope to respond to specific types of service requests
by accessing your knowledge base for procedures that could
eliminate the need for a technician's visit and present them
to your agent. The system can be set up to prepare and route
service tickets to appropriate service personnel via fax or
e-mail. Or you can choose to have Tele-Scope page the
technician.
