Fort Worth, TX, June 11, 2002 - VisionWare,
Inc., a provider of adaptable CRM software for
Customer Interaction Centers (CICs) and workflow
management systems, was officially launched today. The
company markets TELE-SCOPE, a CRM enabling software
solution that effectively manages all customer
interactions and easily adapts to meet a company's
current infrastructure and business processes.
VisionWare, Inc. acquired TELE-SCOPE in November of
2001 from Davis Software, a Dallas-based systems
integrator, who originally developed the TELE-SCOPE
product in 1988 as a software product for call
centers. VisionWare is currently marketing the
software under the same product name. Tim Davis, the
original developer of TELE-SCOPE, assumes the role of
president and CTO of VisionWare.
Davis Software will remain in business as a systems
integrator specializing in client-specific software
development.
