VisionWare, Inc. is a provider of
adaptable CRM software for Customer Interaction
Centers (CICs) and workflow management systems. The
company markets TELE-SCOPE, a CRM enabling software
solution that effectively manages all customer
interactions and easily adapts to meet a company's
current infrastructure and business processes.
VisionWare acquired its flagship
product, TELE-SCOPE, from Davis Software
Engineering, Inc. in November of 2001. Davis
Software introduced TELE-SCOPE in 1988 as a software
product for call centers. VisionWare is currently
marketing the software under the same product name.
