Fort Worth, TX, June 17, 2002 -- VisionWare,
Inc., a provider of adaptable CRM software for
Customer Interaction Centers (CICs) and workflow
management systems, today announced that Ingalls
Memorial Hospital has purchased the company’s
TELE-SCOPE software. TELE-SCOPE is a CRM enabling
software solution that effectively manages all
customer interactions and easily adapts to an
organization’s current infrastructure and business
processes. Ingalls will use the software to improve
their physician referral program, Care Connection, and
enhance member services and class registration
activities in the SeniorLife department and Woman's
& Children's Programs.
“We needed a software solution that would help us
manage our resources better and improve customer
service,” said Nancy Dornhecker, Referral
Advisor/Marketing, at Ingalls Memorial Hospital.
“Our current software was no longer going to be
supported, so we looked into several options including
upgrading to a newer, supported version of our current
solution. We ultimately chose TELE-SCOPE because of
price, flexibility and ease of use.”
The hospital’s current software solution was not
very customizable, allowing a limited number of
criteria to be used in their physician referral
program. “TELE-SCOPE allows us to program in an
infinite number of factors, such as physician
location, specialty, insurance qualifications, years
in practice, gender preference, etc.,” explained
Dornhecker. “In addition, the flexibility of the
software helps us spot any strengths or weaknesses we
may have in our physician choices, thus improving our
recruitment efforts.”
Dornhecker went on to say that the flexibility of
TELE-SCOPE is making the software transition easier
because it is able to match the flow of their previous
solution, but at the same time improve ease of use and
provide more functionality. “Overall, we believe
that TELE-SCOPE will help us do a better job because
it allows us to pull out our data in a format that is
more user-friendly for our organization.”
TELE-SCOPE is unique among CRM software because it
is a completely integrated product that interacts with
and enables all three phases of communication that
take place within the Customer Interaction Center (CIC)
– communication setup, knowledge transfer, and
fulfillment. By providing the most advanced CTI
technology available, VisionWare allows companies to
implement a successful CRM solution that not only
improves customer communication, but also increases
profits. TELE-SCOPE allows agents to become customer
care advocates by equipping them with the knowledge
and tools they need to achieve the ultimate goal of
CRM – customer satisfaction.
“One of the key benefits of TELE-SCOPE is that it
adapts to an organization’s business processes,”
said Tim Davis, president of VisionWare, Inc.
“TELE-SCOPE is a powerful tool that allows Ingalls
Memorial Hospital to manage all of its data easily,
quickly and more effectively. We are thrilled to be
working with such an industry-leading hospital to
improve their physician referral program and other
customer service activities.”
Ingalls Memorial Hospital opened in 1923 with a
vision to bring quality care to families in the
Chicago’s South Suburbs. Over the years the hospital
has grown and expanded into a multi-facility system
that is now one of the largest, most comprehensive
healthcare systems in the region. For more information
